寸又渓輔･･･これは、オイラのニックネーム。 1990年代、渓流仲間とメーリングリストで、渓流釣り情報を共有していた時に、自分でつけたもの。寸又(すまた)は、当時オイラのホームグラウンドだった大井川支流の寸又川からとり、“渓”の字を入れて、渓輔とした。 　実は今でもこのニックネームで呼んでくれる渓友がいる。遠くから、「スマタさーん」と呼ばれるので、嬉しいやら恥ずかしいやら(笑) 　今回は、石森さんと2人で、その源流部を2泊3日で満喫しようというもの。芦澤さんは、直前に仕事となってしまい、ご一緒できなくなってしまった。　 　さて、登山道にとりつくと間もなく、急登が始まり、昨夜の車止め宴会の酒が一気に抜けていく(笑)　 　SUMATA KEISUKE, which is my nickname, has been used among my fishing friends since 1990's. Some of my friends still call me "SUMATA san", that is happy for me, but in some cases, it is a little embarrassing. 　I shall enjoy our three days river trip in the headwater of SUMATA river with Ishimori san this time. But it was really regret that Ashizawa san, who was going to be with us, could not be with us finally because of his work. 　Anyway, a steep climb began as soon as we started, so the alcohol I drank last night was wearing off quickly.. 1,500m弱までの急登を終えると、しばらくは南アっぽくない樹林帯に囲まれた平坦な稜線を歩く。 海底からの隆起で出来上がった南アは、その成り立ちから、こうした想像を超える稜線もある。 After a steep climb to just under 1,500m, I walk along a flat ridge surrounded by a forested area, which is not typical of South Alps, for a while. South Alps was formed by uplift from the ocean floor, and because of its origins, some of these ridges are beyond imagination. 　1,750mのピークで一服した後、下った峠からガレ場をズリズリと下り、左から流する沢の水を、源頭の一滴として頂く(^^)/ 　本流との合流地点で、人影を発見。聞けば、春と秋の毎年年2回、ここに来るそう。明日の釣り場を相談して、少し離れた場所をテン場にする。 　後は夕餉のお魚さん調達！と下っていくと、3人が遡行してくるじゃないですか( ﾟДﾟ)話を聞くと、2日前から入っていて、明日帰るという。下流では、随分イイ釣りをしたとのこと。 　即座に納竿して、明日の下流部に期待を膨らめつつ、15:30頃に宴会スタート(*^^*) 　After we took a rest at the peak 1,750m, we started to go down the steep slope. I had a hand of headwater from one of the origin of this river. 　We met two parties, one is who come here twice (spring and fall) every year, the other is three members who came here the day bofore and really enjoyed fishing in the down stream.　 　So we stopped fishing and started our party from 3:30pm with chatting about tommorow fishing. 2晩のキャンプサイト／Our two days campsite. 1夜目は魚ナシ宴会でした／The party of the first night was without fish. 　「明日の晩は、魚だらけの宴会にしましょう！」と石森さんと約束して、何はともあれ、まずはビールで乾杯。 　持ち寄った食材を料理しながら、渓の話、渓友の話、子どもの話･･･焚火を囲みながらのコミュニケーションは、何とも言えずイイですね。 　”Let's have a fish-rich party tomorrow night, shall we?” we promised each other and said "Cheers" with beer., 　We chatted about headwater we visited, friends of headwater-fishermen, our kids and so on around the bonfire. Its atmosphere was really confortable. さて、2日目は6：00行動開始で、下流に下ります。 “早起きは三文の徳”という通り、石森さんは数、オイラはサイズで満足のいく釣りができました。 写真はこの日の最新到達点であるF1。 On the second day, we started going down from 6:00am. As the saying "The early bird gets the worm" goes that Ishimorisan fished a lot, I fished a big size. The picture is us at the first fall(F-1) of this stream. Middle/KABAYAKI of them Right/Fried wonton of them 土曜日の晩は、約束通り、ヤマトイワナとアマゴ尽くしの大宴会。 しかも明るいうちからスタート！したがって、寝るのも早かった(笑) At the Saturday night, we could enjoy our party with YAMATO IWANA and AMAGO. It was pitty that we got to sleep so fast because we started our party in the light of day. 復路、ズリズリの急斜面を、3歩進んで2歩下がりながら登り返し、峠で一服。 「この後はスキップで下りますか！」と“言うだけ番長”をかまし、実際は足腰ガクガクで車に到着(笑) 帰路、閉店間際のローカルなラーメン屋でお腹を満たし、オイラは新東名SAで下して頂きました。 石森さんは、心配した行楽渋滞でなく、事故渋滞に巻き込まれてしまい、途中から下道で家路に着かれたとのこと。 2人とも無事帰宅でき、シーズン最初の渓泊まりは、素晴らしい3日間となりました。感謝。(^^)/ On the way to our starting point, we got back steep slope and took a rest at the pass. ”Let's skip down from now, shall we?” we just joked, but in fact, we were really tired. On the way home, after a delicious bowl of ramen, I was allowed to get off at a service area. After getting home safely, we finally satisfied each othert. How wonderfull our 3 days stay in the upstream. All we can do is only to appreciate.
