「テンバまで歩いて2時間、山菜採りながらでも3時間。みんなで天ぷらPartyしよう！」 といった会話を昨年して、ようやく迎えた東北新緑の6月。 途中、倒木が林道を塞ぐも、際どく掻い潜り、霧が立ちこむ林道を4人で歩き始める。 Ookushi-san, Hirasawa-san, Kubota-san, Matsuzawa-san and me began to walk into the fresh green forest in Tohoku district. Last year, we talked about that we would have a wild plants TENPURA party after two hours walk directly or three hours while picking wild plants.Fortunately we could passed through under a fallen tree even though it blocked the forest road. Espacially we picked up plenty of KOSHIABURA so that we forgot to take photes of them. テンバがを作ってしばし休憩／Took a nap after building our base camp Anchovy pasta(↑) (←)TENPURA oｆ YAMABUDOU leaves Boiked NEMAGARI and fried scallop(→) 釣りを楽しんだ後、初日の夜は、平澤さんが揚げる天婦羅をつまみに飲みながら、アレヨアレヨと料理が振る舞われる。 A variety of cuisine were served while having TENPURA Hirasawa-san fired. Of course we enjoyed fishing. ワイルドだろう？(笑)／We are wild, aren't we? 明けて2日目はゆったり、マッタリと朝食を摂ります。だった、テンバから上流は独占できるんだもん(笑) We need not to rush in the 2nd morning so we took breakfast loosely. That's because nobody won't come up to here and more. A good IWANA hooked on the Ookushi-san's fly. Also on the Matsuzawa-san's fly. What a beautiful mountain stream！ Lunch time on 2nd day at the junction 　晴天の下、沢筋では至る所にハルゼミ(初めて全容を観ました)とシロジュウシホシテントウが動き回っています。春ですねぇ･･･ 　While walking aroud stream, HARUZEMI(Terpnosia vacua), which I saw at the first time, and SHIROJUSIHOSI-TENTOU(Calvia quatuordecimguttata) were moving around here and there. That is the spring of Japan,espacially TOHOKU district. So beautiful！ 　平澤さん、久保田さんとオイラの3人で左岸から入る流れを遡ります。毛バリを追わなくなったなぁ･･･と思っていると、3つ目の雪渓が見えてくる。その奥に見える30ｍ大滝。手前の落ち込みに、長竿を使ってエサを落とすも、主は反応ナシ。十分に遊んでもらったので、テンバ戻りましょう。そうそう、ネガマリダケを採るのも忘れずに(笑) 　Hirasawa-san, Kubota-san and me went up to the steam flowing down from lett side. IWANA stopped chasing my flies, and after the third snow valley approached us, a large waterfall 30 meters high appeared. 　A big IWANA, who might be the host of this fall, did not bite. We agreed that we would get back to our base camp because we satisfied our tour. さて、テンバに戻って、夕餉の宴会スタートです／We shall start our final party for this tour. Vinegared seaweed Hot and sour TOFU soup Grilled chicken みんな呑み助なので、 食事というよりは 豪勢なツマミが並びます。 “鶴の恩返し”の写真の 撮り忘れが、悔やまれる･･･ 　All members love alcohol so side dishes rather than meal were served. It was deeply disappointed that I forgot taking photoes of named TSURU-NO-ONGAESHI(Giving back the crane) cooked by Matsuzawa-san. 　最終日は下山ですね、名残惜しいですが。 昨夜出汁を取った干しシイタケとネマガリダケの炊き込みご飯を食べて、スキップして帰りましょう(笑) 　途中、コシアブラをスーパーの袋満タンに採って、お土産にします。ごま油・醤油・砂糖で炒め煮にすると、ご飯のお供に最高！息子たちの大好物でもあるので(^^)/ 　It is a pity that we have to get back home. Shall we skip and return to our start point after having cooked rice with SHIITAKE mashroom and NEMAGARITAKE. I took a bag of KOSHIABURA as a souvenir for my family, which my sons love it cooked by sesame oil, sugar and soy source?
